A special aikido seminar was held on September 13th at the New England Aikikai in Cambridge Massachusetts. The instructors included Richard Stroud, 6th Dan Shidoin, Chief Instructor of MIT Aikido Club. Stroud Sensei isA adedicated instructor of Aikido for many years, one of Kanai Sensei's original students since 1967 and Chief Instructor of MIT Aikido Club for the last 30 years) and Robert Burns, 5th Dan Shidoin, Chief Instructor of Aiki Farms Aikikai in Ledyard, Connecticut. Burns Sensei is formerly Chief Instructor of United States Marine Corps Recruit Depot in San Diego, and work with the MECEP marines, called Mustangs, who are enlisted personnel slated to be officers.
